Huangcangyu, fully named Huangcangyu National Forest Park, is located in Xiaoxian County at the junction of Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, and Anhui provinces. It lies 30 kilometers southeast of Xiaoxian County Town, adjacent to the Beijing-Shanghai Railway, connected to Huaibei in the west, Suzhou in the south, and Xuzhou in the north. The total area of Huangcangyu National Forest Park spans 31 square kilometers.
